Rediscovering You Mental Wellness Book Club

Rediscovering You offers a monthly mental wellness book club that is hosted virtually via the "Rediscovering You Book Club" group.  Each month will focus on fiction, non-fiction, memoirs, self-help, and other mental wellness related books.  This is done in order to increase our personal awareness and understanding of both mental health and mental illness.  A space for frequent, open, and honest dialogue about the topics covered is provided via the group page.  Join us today!
